Exterior photograph of the Midland Savings building located in Denver, Colorado. The Midland Savings Building owes its design to the firm of Fisher and Fisher, one of Denver's most prominent and prolific architectural firms. The Fishers employed a variety of architectural styles over the course of their 40-year collaboration, but buildings with Mediterranean influences became an unofficial trademark of the firm. The association with Denver sculptor Robert Garrison gives the Midland added importance. Although the loss of integrity has been significant on the lower portion of the building, the structure retains sufficient integrity to convey its architectural significance as an important work of Fisher and Fisher.
