Exterior photograph of the Avoca Lodge or the "Molly" Brown Summer Home, after restoration, located in Denver, Colorado. Built in 1897, this red brick Foursquare is a rare surviving example of a late 19th century country home in an area now absorbed by southwest Denver suburban development. As the summer residence of J.J. and Molly Brown, it was the site of numerous society parties.
