Gentlemen:-
It's Great. It's the keenest pleasure I have ever
experienced. It thrills and fills me with love for the
out-of-doors and I am finding more genuine fun, health and
happiness for both my friends and myself who visit with Tie
at my mountain home than I expected.
My own cottage built by my own hands, painted
orange and trimmed in brov/n, nestled amid the evergreen
trees, away from the smoke, noise and confusion of the
city and where the air and the water are always pure,
fulfills my every desire for rest and recreation.
Many times during the summer months and sometimes
two or three times a week I spend my nights at Lincoln
Hills and return to my work the next morning.
I appreciate my lots and my cottage so much that
I cannot but write you and express my appreciation of your
r^ efforts in supplying to me and our group of people the
most wonderful mountain resort I have seen in Colorado
and I have lived here for many years.
Your prices for lots are so extremely low as
cpmpared to other places that are not one half as
beautiful as Lincoln Hills and your terms are so easy
that it is no wonder that you are meeting with such
great success. It is just what we want.
Yours sincerely
