Dear Mr. Regnier:-
I have Just returned from a trip through the East and find
your letters of June 16th. and 17th* awaiting me. I am glad that
there is so much activity being manifest in Lincoln Hills
proposition, though I heard more of it's possibilities at Indianapolis
than had been discussed here lately.
I had long contemplated building on my lots and in consequence
your proposition sounds good. Mrs. Gross and I will go up to the
Hills one week from next Sunday and will report to you as soon as
we return. At any rate there will be some early action but will
not consider exchanging lots under any circumstances.
Regret that my absence from the city has brought such a
delayed answer, but I am on the Job again and a booster for Lincoln
Hills, first, last and all the time.
