The Hotel Belmont in Irwin, Gunnison County, Colorado, is a two- story flat-roofed Italianate building with brackets under the eaves, three second-story arched windows over the store windows on the front, and six windows over the store on the side. The hotel's sign is in front, and signs on the side read, "Drug Store" and "W. H. De La Vergnes, Drug Store."
