Bishop J. H. Tihen dedicating St. Catherine's Catholic Church

Summary
The Right Reverend J. Henry Tihen, bishop of Denver, wearing a miter and stole and holding a crozier, raises his hand and speaks at the dedication of St. Catherine's Church. He stand in front of double doors under a brick arch with American flags over the entrance and on either side. The brick building has a central tower with a cross on top, a clerestory, two side aisles, and buttresses. Two men are visible in a window in the tower. Another clergyman also stands on the steps, banners are on the building.
