Title	Time for a new card
Summary	At the Englewood Library in Englewood, Colorado, Grove Stanley, signs his new library card for the librarian behind the desk, Mrs. Harry Weatherman. The city librarian, George Hertz, looks on. The desk holds a stack of open books, card files, a tape dispenser, and other materials; a floor plan of the library is attached to the side of the desk. Tables, shelves of books, one marked "Mystery" and customers are behind, with flourescent lighting overhead.

Notes	Formerly F40834.; Title is headline on newspaper fragment with portion of image and caption, attached to back of photoprint. Caption reads: "Time for a New Card. Grove Stanley (left), 2940 S. Clarkson St., signs library card for Mrs. Harry Weatherman, desk clerk at Englewood Library. Looking on is George Hertz, city librarian." Date is stamped in red ink on clipping.; Typed on back of photoprint: "Public Libraries Denver" and "Colo." written in pencil. Also written in pencil: "Library #3, 2 col x (4, w/story, Zone 2, Library w/stry, Grove St, Geo. W. Hertz, Mrs. Harry Weatherman." Hand written in red: "1/3 rd."
