Summary	Long shadows are cast by rows of chairs set up in an intersection to celebrate the paving of the entire four and one-half mile street system in Frederick, Colorado. Scene includes people seated and standing, a woman near the microphone on a table bending over to speak to a seated woman, a photographer in a suit and tie with a little dog, groups of people on the street corners. Signs on businesses include: "Blue Flame Cafe, Coca-Cola" "Pepsi-Cola, Kitty's Grocery, Meats, Veg, Fruit" "Airline Mattress & Uph., Buy Factory Direct" and "Sun[set?]" Ribbons, ropes, or wires from the corners intersect in the center of the intersection, and cast shadows on the street.
