Summary	Aerial view of the Colorado School of Mines "M" emblem on the face of Mount Zion, Golden, Jefferson County, also shows Lariat Loop Trail Road winding along slope and foothills to the Continental Divide in the background. Every year since its construction in 1908, the freshman class whitewash the 104 by 107 foot "M" in the fall and the graduating seniors whitewash it in the spring.
