Summary	View of brick commercial buildings probably on Main Avenue in Durango (La Plata County), Colorado. Storefront businesses are in one and two story brick buildings. On the brick "Star Bakery" building, a pediment reads: "1890" and a plaque reads: "H. Schrader." The building has brick course work, and windows with pediments. The other two story building has a bracketed cornice with finials, stone lintels and brick course work. Other signs on the buildings and display windows read: "Confectionery" "Cosmopolitan Beer Hall" "Cosmopolitan Beir Halle" and "Baths 25 cents." A banner reads: "Don't Go Home Until You See the Wonders of our Five and 10 Cent Counter." A barber stands outside his shop near a barber pole.
