Summary	Interior view of the Bowman-White House in Georgetown, Colorado, at 901 Rose Street. The house was built in 1892 by John Henry Bowman, who arrived in Georgetown with his family in the 1880s. The house was passed on to his daughter, Mary Ellen (Mellie), and her husband John James White in 1901, and remained in the family until acquired by Historic Georgetown in 1974. A table is set for a large group with a light-colored tablecloth. Visible are eleven place settings, each with a napkin, silverware, a cup and saucer, and a large goblet. The center of the table includes four candles, pottery, and what appear to be springs of greenery. The wood chairs around the table vary in design; the carved curve of the table leg is visible in the right foreground. The table sits in front of a large curtained window, and to its right a painting or print of a still-life of fruit in a gilt frame is seen hanging against flowered wallpaper. On the right wall is a door, a lightswitch and another still life in a curvilinear frame.
