Summary	A group of Montrose, Colorado, citizens pose in front of drilling equipment that drills an artesian well in Montrose County. The drill is composed of cables and steel bars. Electrical cables are attached to a steam-powered tractor; a puff of black smoke comes out of its smokestack. Water gushes out of the well.
