Summary	Stereographic view of Grand Lake and Long's Peak in Grand County, Colorado. A large basket made from thin branches sits on the sandy shore and tall pine trees stand along the shore of the lake.

Notes	"Grand Lake looking N." handlettered on glass plate in Collier collection of Western History Department, Denver Public Library.; Emulsion on glass plate is severely deteriorated with several scratched areas; lower corner of glass plate is chipped.; stereograph.; Title supplied by cataloger.; Vintage stereograph has "Collier's Rocky Mountain Scenery Published at Central City, Colorado" on edges of mat; "No. 147 Middle Park Series - Grand Lake Looking North. Grand Lake is situated at the western base of Long's Peak. It is a beautiful sheet of water, abounding in trout. There are lightfishing boats on the lake used by the fishermen, who supply the markets of Central and Georgetown.
