Summary	A man in a suit stands on a wooden railroad bridge and track constructed by the Work Projects Administration (WPA) over an irrigation ditch near Lowry Air Force Base in the Lowry Field neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. Shows telephone lines beside the tracks. The tracks were constructed to connect Lowry to the Union Pacific Railroad line.
