Summary	Group of Dakota Native Americans males, females and others gathered for a council meeting at Standing Rock Agency, Dakota Territory; large "Map of Sioux Indian Reservation in Dakota" posted above podium; possibly Judge John V. Wright of Tennessee standing behind table on podium with eye glasses (Wright was appointed to Second Sioux Commission of 1888 to further break up the Dakota Nation) and Standing Rock Agent Major James McLaughlin seated behind table to Wright's ; right; women with fans and majority of group sitting in shade of wooden frame building; pile of wooden poles and canvas awning piled in center.
