Title	Baldwin baloon [sic] at Montrose fair
Summary	On a rainy day in Montrose, Colorado, a crowd gathers at the Montrose race track to see, "Baldwin's balloon." Horse-drawn carriages, tents, and a full grand-stand line the outer portion of the track. The master of ceremonies is in a covered gazebo on the inner portion of the track. The balloon in the in-field is being prepared for inflation.
