Title	Frank McGrath
Summary	Frank McGrath stands on the side of the Amity post office, Prowers County, southeastern Colorado. He wears a beret-style cap, striped tie, cuffed pants, wristwatch, and round framed eyeglasses. The one-story, front gable building has wood shingles, clapboard siding and an awning over the front facade. A small sign hangs on the side below the eave "Post- Office, US, (in an emblem) Amity Colo." The rear of a rag top automobile with a mounted spare tire is on the right. The town was once an old trading post and stage station along the Santa Fe trail. In 1898, it became a Salvation Army colony to relieve urban poverty brought about by rapid industrialization.
