Summary
Panoramic view, probably during a mining labor strike, of frame buildings in the town of Altman (Teller County), Colorado and tents in rows at a military encampment in a nearby meadow. A flagpole with an American flag is near tents, and soldiers in uniform stand in rows. Frame commercial buildings and houses and possibly Western Federation of Miners buildings are in Altman. Shows a portion of Pikes Peak amid snowy mountains.
