Summary	View of the newly-constructed Adams County Golf Clubhouse in Henderson, Colorado. Architectural features: steeply-pitched roof with shingles, a glass facade, a concrete foundation, and glass, globe light fixtures. Three golf carts are parked next to the building.

The new building was finished in 1964 in conjunction with the Adams County Golf Course and includes a lounge, snack bar, pro shop, storage for golf carts and miscellaneous service functions. The actual site chosen for the building was treeless and therefore the building was designed with a very large gabled roof, creating shelter from the sunlight and the elements, supported by a simple concrete structure. the large reinforced concrete columns are cantilevered from the foundation and receive the thrust from the untied gabled wood roof. Within the space is a concrete fireplace providing the center of interest in the lounge. The large roof overhang shelters the exterior lounge and eating spaces."; R7100089500
