DeBoer includes flowers, shrubs, ivy and maple trees. The branch was named for Sarah S. Platt Decker, a suffragette, club woman, and civic benefactor. The V-shaped English cottage features tiled roof, raised courtyard, chimneys, concrete trim and a corner, gabled entry.
