Summary
Interior of Henry J. Juchem's grocery store at corner of East 1st (First) Street (currently Webster Street) and Grandview Avenue, Arvada, Jefferson County, Colorado. Owner Henry Juchem wears a sack jacket with matching vest and bow tie, Harry Standard stands next to him with Henry's son, Ray J. Juchem, in a suit and tie. Merchandise includes: bananas, a wooden barrel of coffee beans, potatoes and apples in bins, glass display cases with jars of "Queen Olives" boxes of gum and candy, shelves lined with canned goods, sacks of flour on back wall and baskets, pots and buckets hanging from ceiling; electric lights hang from wood panel ceiling.
