African American (Black), white, Hispanic, and possibly Italian American members of a jazz band dressed in striped jail uniform costumes stand in front of and on a stage decorated as a jail house at Lakeside Amusement Park, Lakeside (Jefferson County), Colorado. The walls are made to look like heavy mortared stone block construction, and bars cover the windows. Three white men in warden uniform costumes carry guns. They stand on either side of the group. A sign above the stage reads "Joe Mann and his Orchestra."
