Title	Brown Hotel, 1965

Summary	The Brown Hotel in Breckenridge, Colorado, is a two story, frame structure with a hipped gable roof and a dormer in front. A two story bay window is on the right, and the covered porch in front has a projecting, mitred central section that leads to the entry. A sign over the entry reads "The Parlour Steak House" in Germanic script. Numerous jigsaw cut paired brackets adorn the corners and center points on both floors, and a lantern on a pole is to the left of the entry. A neon and sheet metal sign over the dormer on the corrugated tin roof reads "Hotel" and a corrugated, galvanized pipe rises from the back of the building. Mining ore buckets are in the yard flanking the building, and modest dwellings are in the background on either side.
