The Mammoth Swimming Bath house in Idaho Springs, Colorado, features vertical board siding and a front gable roof with an open porch at the entrance. A horizontal log fence and a false front structure are on either side of a dirt road. The fence leads to the bath house on the side of which is a sign: "Mammoth Swimming Bath." Hills on either side of the road come together to form a small valley in the distance.
