Condition: paper clip indentation.; Formerly F427.; Title penciled on back of photoprint, with: "1. Old Broadwell House (Pacific House) looking toward Cherry Crk. (left foreground, NE corner of G (16th) & Larimer). Rocky Mountain News building SW corner of G and Larimer (2nd building from corner) Was 3rd bldg put up by Byers & 5th bldg. in which the News was printed. Moved in this bldg. in 1865 & sold it in 1878. Paper was sold to Mr. K. G. Cooper who promised to publish it as a Republican paper. Money was probably put up by Mr. Loveland who had tried to buy it before and it became a Democratic paper. The John Good bldg. on the SW corner of G (16th) & Larimer."; R7100226550
