Fire
Department
members
lead
a
horse
pulling
a
float
, a
wagon
covered
with
stars-and-stripes
bunting
,
which
has a
young
woman
on
top
sitting
under
a
parasol
.
Firemen
pull
other
carts
behind
. A
building
near
the
Cushman
Block
is
draped
in
bunting
and has a
