Summary	Spectators sit and stand on stone marker commemorating the importance of the Georgetown Mining Region as they watch the Centennial festivities on 6th (Sixth) Street in Georgetown, Colorado. The children wear blue jeans, plaid shorts and shirts, and tennis shoes. Two women wear print dresses, eyeglasses and hold handbags; a younger women has on shorts and carries a purse, one man wears a hat, and a man wears dark sunglasses. The side gable with three arched windows of John Tomay Library show in the background. The corner stone reads: "M. W. Grange Lodge ?, A. D. ?"
