Notes	Newspaper caption attached to back of mat board reads: This home, to be occupied by Robert Miller next week, was designed and built by R.J. Welton, on the corner of East Eighth avenue and Fillmore street, the house looks like a miniature of an English castle. It has seven rooms and is in the $16,000 class. Welton has constructed seven homes for the family of Joe Miller, father of Robert. The first was built seven years ago.
