In the Finding residence in Breckenridge, Colorado, a wood table with carved, polished legs and a lower shelf has a tasseled cover with a kerosene lamp, a seashell, and a portrait in a palette shaped frame atop it. It is flanked by rocking chairs, one wicker, and one in spindle style, both with fringed drapings. The walls are papered in chintz topped with wide and narrow floral borders, and the ceiling is in yet another pattern. The floor is covered in a floral, ingrain carpet, and a fur rug and conch shell are on it near the back. A large portrait of three children is in a gilt frame on the back wall, and other frames with draped fabric surround. A draped shelf below the large portrait has china pieces displayed on it, and an arrangement of cattails and feathers is below.
