Summary	Exterior view of the Cliff House Hotel in Manitou Springs, Colorado, looking north, a three-story frame structure with wrap around porch, balcony, hipped gable roof, chimneys, and widows' walk. People appear on the stoop, the drive, the porch, balcony, and roof. A large sign on the roof reads "Cliff House." Rustic rail fences cross the foreground and enclose a landscaped area with a circular pond and rock fountain. Riders, horses and a horse-drawn coach that reads "Colorado Springs" are in the drive fronting the hotel.
