Summary	The gothic revival Smith house on Casey Avenue in Central City, Colorado, is built above a masonry retaining wall and is a two story structure with a steeply-pitched, gabled roof with shingles, a chimney, and bargeboard gingerbread around the eaves. The covered porches have bell-shaped roofs and pillars. Also shows trees, stairs, and another house.

Notes	Hand-written on back of photoprint: Historic House in Central City on Casey Ave, taken 1888, built by Ebeneezer Smith at a cost of $15,000, sold to Geo. E. Randolph 1872- for $4,000, bought for taxes by Mrs. Meredith E. Hare about 1935 and repaired, painted white. Sold to Libbie Block (Mrs. Pat Dugan) 1944.; Photoprint's edges are worn at the edges.; Printed on front of photoprint: 1888 Col. Geo. E. Randolph Residence and Judge Witherow Residence.; Title supplied by cataloger.; R7100027354
