Summary
View of a Native American (Navajo) woman and child, they sit inside a brush covered summer hogan. The woman holds a large piece of cloth while the child looks on. Sheepskins, a blanket, and fur pelts are on the floor and hang from a wooden pole placed horizontally along the brush-covered wall of the hogan. Two wooden crates are supported by the same pole. The woman and child are shaded by a dark cloth hung from the ceiling and covering one wall of the hogan.
