Summary	Ten Tenth Mountain Division 126th Mountain Enginers rest behind a tank destroyer on a mountain road while taking cover from German sniper fire. Those closest to the tank destroyer stand and sit upright while those farther from cover lie flat on the ground near the slope of a hill. Four of the soldiers carry shovels. All the soldiers are wearing battle fatigues, utility belts and helmets. In the background three stone buildings stand on the ridge above the men.

Notes	"FLASHES FROM THE ITALIAN FRONT (No.3), Engineers of the 10th Mountain Division rest in the rear of a tank destroyer which offers them some protection from sniper fire up the road during the assault by the 10th Mountain Division in this area.
