Summary
Men on horseback pose in a line in Colorado Springs, El Paso County, Colorado. They are in English livery, with high boots, jodhpurs, and duster hats. A cart is decorated for the Flower Carnival, with flowers, branches, and a canopy. One and two-story brick businesses in the background have signs: "Wholesale Grocer" "13 Plumbing & Heating 13" "Boarding;" one depicts a horse. Bunting and flags decorate a building; women look from windows shaded by awnings.
