Row of one and two-story medium gable wood frame and log houses probably on north side of Eaton Avenue or possibly Carr Avenue, Cripple Creek, Colorado; one is under final stage of construction; dirt street has light snow and wagon tracks on it; scene includes picket and wrought iron fences; one vertical log frame residence has a front gable forming porch and side stoop; the two-story wood frame residence has a covered porch, railing with lattice, bargeboard, balcony with decorated balustrade, center chimney and cresting; small front yards are reinforced or supported with stone walls.
