Action shot of cowgirl Bonnie McCarrol, popular bronc-riding champion, being thrown off bucking bronco, Silver, at the Round Up, Pendleton, Oregon. She rides "slick" like male rodeo circuit riders with stirrups hanging loose. Riding "hobbled" with stirrups tied under the horse, she got caught in her gear and was trampled in 1929.
