Summary
Portrait of Hispanic American Rumaldo Manzanares, one of the first settlers of La Plaza de los Manzanares (a.k.a Manzanares, Garcia, in Costilla County), Colorado. He moved to Colorado from Tierra Amarilla in northern New Mexico. The elderly man wears a coat and tie, his gray hair is combed back and parted on the side. He has a mustache and full sideburns and a beard.
