Maruca, Director of the Museo de las Americas, has gray hair, wears a striped handwoven dress and a reboso over her shoulder. Her husband, Daniel is clean shaven and wears a striped shirt. He was a photographer for Walt Disney Productions, Producer/Director for KBDI-TV, a PBS affiliate in Denver, Associate Director for Colorado Council on the Arts, and currently Media Arts/Literacy Specialist for the Denver Public Schools. Their daughter Maruca Salome wears a dark dress and has a woven strap over her shoulder. Their son, Gabriel has a full beard and wears glasses.
