View of the Markham monument located in Fairmount Cemetery, 430 S. Quebec Street in the Windsor neighborhood, Denver, Colorado. This chest style tomb features a sculpture that depicts the biblical story of "The Good Samaritan". It shows a Samaritan man who kneels beside an injured Jew. Below the sculpture is engraved " Humanity and Charity Our Religion" and "Vincent D. Markham Died May 31, 1895 Aged 66 Years" "Mary F. Markham, Died Sep. 18, 1893 Aged 58 Years." Grave markers and tombs are in the distance.
