View of the Washington Street Exit, a bar located at 1201 South Pearl Street in the Platt Park Neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. The one and two story modified commercial building is in the Spanish revival style. It is stuccoed with a shaped parapet and tiled shed roofs. The building has two store fronts. The two story half of the building has second story windows and first floor glass brick windows. The one story storefront has a large wooden sign over the entrance and a metal sign with an arrow that extends from the building that read: "Washington Street Exit." The structure was built in 1911.
