Summary	View of a sundial in the yard of the Lowry Redevelopment Authority Director's Residence (1904; Aaron Grove and Thomas Walsh, architects) at 7400 East Sixth (6th) Avenue in the Lowry Field neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. In the foreground is a sundial. In the background is a white stucco Spanish Eclectic-style house with vigas and a red tile roof. The two-story house has an one story-wing and Prairie-style features such as broad eaves and a hipped roof. There is also a Craftsman-style pergola in the front.

Notes	From inventory: "The single family residence was constructed in 1904 to serve as the Agnes Phipps Tuberculosis Sanitarium superintendent's residence.
