The three story brick building has rusticated stone courses, decorative brick work and two large storefront windows on the ground floor. The building has dentils on the first and second stories, blind arches and stepped parapets. A sign on the side of the building reads: "Palace Hotel" and a neon sign on top of the building reads: Hotel." A sign on a storefront reads: " Palace Hotel & Gallery." Two small benches are on the sidewalk.
