View of the Montclair Community Center / Molkerei (ca. 1899) at Avenue in the Montclair neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. The building is a two story clapboard structure with a rhyolite foundation, it has Eastlake trim, an overhead balcony and an arched entry door. Five children are in front of the building. The structure was built by Baron Walter von Richthofen and is a contributing structure to the Montclair Historic District and a Denver Landmark.
