View of the K-C Lounge at 2801 Welton Street in the Five Points neighborhood, Denver, Colorado. The modified two story Beaux-Arts Commercial style building has bracketing along the roof line. Small rectangle windows are on the second story. The windows and transoms have been modified on the first story. Signs painted on the first story windows read: "K-C Lounge Entertainment nightly Blue Monday Every Monday." Coors and Miller beer signs are in the windows. The structure was built in 1895 and is part of the Welton Historic District. A neon sign over the door reads: "K-C Lounge." A neon sign that extends from the building reads: "Hotel Simpson."
