Judge Haynes If Sherwood digs out & pays me as I think he will within a week I shall not send Morehouse [?] out this winter when days are short … but I have instructed Dr. Buchtel who is now in Denver to go ahead and put house in order as economically as he can. Dr. Phillip Taylor goes to Denver next week to settle down as an Eye & Ear doctor-he having studied these specialities in Europe. It is understood that I have con- tracted to sell Villa Park to him and his is to act & be the (ostensible [?]) owner at present. He will consult with you & Buchtel & others about the... of selling
