M GROUND TRANSPORTATION
INFORMATION COUNTER 270-1750
Ground Transportation Information and Ticketing Service, located
by Door 6, is staffed with Airport Service Representatives daily
from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The Airport Service Representatives
can answer questions regarding ground transportation, parking,
arranging transportation with ground transportation companies,
and giving directions to areas outside the airport.

Paramedics trained in Advanced Life Support are stationed at Stapleton from 5:15 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. daily. Rapid response is supported by ambulance to local hospitals, when required. For
assistance, contact any airport employee, policeman or call 1300
on any paging and information phone.
3 CAR RENTAL
Some car rental counters are located between Doors 4 and 8.
Additional car rental information located at Door 6.
Htaxi
Taxi service is available outside Baggage Level doors. Cab Starters
will assist you.
0 PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Denver's public transportation system is the Regional Transportation District (RTD).
Buses load in the Red Zone outside Door 11 and provide service to
most locations in the Denver/Boulder area. Schedules can be
obtained at the Ground Transportation Information and Ticketing
Services Booth by Door 6 or by calling 778-6000.
SHUTTLE BUS
Smart Shuttle Bus service to Shuttle Service Parking Lots 2 and 3
is available outside Doors 4 (Green Zone) and 9 (YellowZone). The
specific lot number will be clearly marked on the front and back of
the Smart Bus. Smart Shuttles are available FREE 24 hours a day.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located between Doors 1 & 2; 5 & 6*; 9 & 10. All
restrooms are handicapped-accessible with some having diaper
change tables. (*Diaper change table available.)

Change machines are available between Doors 3 & 4 and 9 & 10.

A branch of the U.S. Post Office is located near Door 3. Hours
of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

A nursery is available for those traveling with children. Passengers
must sign in and pick up keys at Traveler's Aid, located between the
C & D Concourses on Level 2.

Located at top of escalator between the B & C Concourses,
the Military Lounge is for all military personnel who are active,
retired, reserve, veterans, and their dependents. It offers a quiet
place for reading, watching television or resting. Red Cross
operates and provides services in the lounge. The personnel may
assist active military people in emergency travel plans. WATS
and Autovon Lines are also available. Hours are from 8:00 a.m.
to 8:00 p.m. daily.

H LOCKERS/LUGGAGE CARTS
Coin operated lockers are located on all the concourses. The cost is
$1.00 per 24-hour period. Self-service luggage carts are available
throughout the Main Terminal, Baggage Claim, and the Parking
Structure for $1.00. Oversized items may be stored at Baggage
Level Luggage Storage Facility, Door 3.
MAIL
Postal drops are located by the elevators in the Main Terminal, and
blue postal boxes are located near the Airport Information Booths.
A branch of the U.S. Post Office is located on the Baggage Claim
Level near Door 3. Stamps sold at all terminal gift stores and most
concourse stores.
U TELEPHONES
Public Telephones are located throughout the Main Terminal and
offer credit card calls, international calling, and amplified handsets. The telephones in the Main Terminal have dollar changers
and telephone directories at the end of the kiosks.
CHARTERS BY AIR DENVER
Located between the A & B Concourses, hours are 8:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday.
S MONEY SERVICES
Check cashing, credit card advances, money orders, change, FAX
and photocopy service, Western Union and Colorado Lottery tickets are available between the C & D Concourses from 6:00 a.m. to
9:00 p.m. daily.
@ TRAVEL INSURANCE
Located at entrances to B & C Concourses, hours are 6:00 a.m.
to 9:00 p.m. daily.
M TOURIST & CONVENTION INFO
Denver Metro Visitors and Convention Bureau, located in the Main
Terminal between the C & D Concourses, can help the traveling
public with a variety of services. The volunteers give information
on transportation, accommodations, dining, shopping, and special events. Information on attractions both city and state wide is
available. Convention information regarding times, locations,
travel arrangements, etc., is also available. The volunteers can
also mark road maps to assist the passenger traveling by auto.
The bureau has a Tourist Guide Book that is free to the public. The
hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily.
® TRAVELER'S AID ON LEVEL 2
Traveler's Aid assists the traveler with infant and child care needs,
foreign language interpretation, special phone service for the hearing impaired (TD.D.), and other personal needs. The volunteers
will help meet people arriving and departing planes when prearranged. Area phone books, maps, Zip Code directories, along
with international credit card service, are available. The hours are
from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily, and the phone number is
398-3873.
