My charge is tvo-fold - first - to explain the Joel Resolution. - and second to show
how this 4p# to the Keyes desegregation suit.... the background, foundation and
events leading to both of these history-making steps in the struggle for equalit;
of educational opportunity in the Denver Public Schools.
