MINUTES OP THE BOARD OP DIRECTOR'S MEETING
May 26, 1972
PRESIDING;
PRESENT:
TREAS.
Board
OFFICERS:
Ed Sibert, President
Bob Bowlby, Jim James, Joe Murray, Ada Fisher, Peg Hart,
Bobbie Benton, three representatives of Verne Belacourt.
Mr. Bowlby announced that the loan for the People's Pair
had been repaid and there is presently $389.43 in. the
treasury.
Mr. Murray suggested that the chief executive position
change each year so the organization does not become
too dependent upon one person and also to spread responsibility. Mr. James suggested that since the organization is developmental, Mr. Sibert be asked to
serve as president for another year, Since Mr. Sibert
will usually be out of town Sunday through Thursday
of each week necessitating a spokesman for the group
other than the president, it was decided to strengthen
the office of vice president by giving him additional
duties, making him a co-signer of checks, etc. It
was unanimously approved by those present that Ada
Pisher will coordinate the search for a responsible
