I shall assure that I am a white man of the most rabid negro hating ole-
ment of the ^outh who wants to make some contribution to the theory of"vVhite
supremacy" I have resolved however to only present the facts as l find tfter f
and not to color »0fe article with my own personl views. I do not wish to convey
the idea that the oouth is the only place whore Negro haters live, hot all too
often people excuse their prejudiced by stating, "you know, i am from tne uouth
and you know what i have been use tow. 1 have always neard that the negro was
inferior, that tne lowest white man was better than the best negro just as
the figure 1 on tne ^^J^f> of a decimal point is greater than a 9 on the right
